How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  US domestic shipping is $6.50 flat rate per order. Canadian shipping is $15 flat rate per order.  We only ship to the US and Canada.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Nissajewelry.com orders are FINAL SALE. 

  • GOOD MORNING AMERICA DEAL SEGMENT returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please email service@nissajewelry.com for a return authorization.
  • Returns must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging.             
  • *Once a return is initiated, it must be shipped out within 3 business days to qualify for the return.
  • Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price [minus shipping]. [Customer is responsible for return shipping and products must be returned via a trackable common carrier].

  • Today Show Steals & Deals items and SALE items are FINAL SALE. No return, no exchanges, no exceptions.
  • Nissajewelry.com items are final sale. Items purchased with a promo code are final sale. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
  • Custom or sized jewelry is non-returnable.
  • If the jewelry has been worn and the tags removed, it is not returnable.
  • Should you return a package or an item that was not approved for return without contacting us, the items will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • NO RAINCHECKS, NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.

 

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at service@nissajewelry.com.

    Deal Segment Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

    Allsales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
     

    RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT NISSAJEWELRY.COM:

    We hope you had a great checkout experience and love your new items! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return, on full price items only, within 14 days of your order's arrival.

    All sale items and items using a promotional code during a sale event are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

    Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags. It must be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 10 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned.                  

    Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Once your return is processed, a store credit will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit to post to your account. 

    We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

When will my order ship?
 

Our jewelry is made by hand. Please allow Up to 9 business days for your order to made and prepared for shipment PRIOR to the shipping times. USPS regular shipping takes 3-4 days AFTER your item is prepared for shipment and depending on your location. Today Show orders should be shipped within 14 business days of the date you placed your order.
